Erika Kukral, MSN, RN
Owner & Lead Injector
Erika Kukral is the owner and lead injector at On Brand Aesthetics. With eight years of nursing experience and three years specializing in aesthetic injectables, Erika brings a thoughtful, refined approach to helping clients look and feel like the best version of themselves — always in a way that feels natural and truly on brand.
Her aesthetic philosophy centers on subtle, balanced results that enhance each client’s unique features without ever feeling overdone. Erika believes great aesthetics should leave clients feeling refreshed, confident, and effortlessly like themselves.
Every treatment at On Brand Aesthetics is personalized and intentional, rooted in education, trust, and a deep respect for individual beauty. Erika is committed to creating an elevated experience where clients feel cared for, understood, and confident throughout their journey.
Outside of the clinic, Erika enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dogs. Much of her free time is spent outdoors, traveling for her daughter’s sports, and making memories together as a family.

Rachel Surman, FNP-C, RN
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Rachel Surman is a board-certified nurse practitioner at On Brand Aesthetics with nine years of nursing experience and four years as a nurse practitioner. Her background spans intensive care, urgent care, and aesthetics, allowing her to blend strong medical expertise with a personalized, holistic approach to beauty and wellness.
Rachel is passionate about helping clients feel confident in a way that feels natural, balanced, and true to who they are. Her approach focuses on enhancing existing features while also supporting overall wellness and lifestyle habits that contribute to long-term confidence and vitality.
At On Brand Aesthetics, Rachel tailors each treatment to the client’s goals, comfort level, and overall well-being. She values building genuine connections and believes the best results come from care that is thoughtful, personalized, and aligned with each individual.
Rachel lives in Aurora with her husband and is excitedly expecting their first child this summer. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time with loved ones, and investing in high school girls through her church community.

Russell Johnson, DO
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Russell Johnson serves as the Medical Director of On Brand Aesthetics. He brings over 25 years of experience as an emergency room physician at a Level 1 trauma center, along with seven years as an associate faculty member with the University of Toledo Medical School Emergency Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Johnson’s role at On Brand Aesthetics focuses on clinical oversight, patient safety, adherence to protocols, and ongoing staff education. His background in high-acuity medicine brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to ensuring the highest standards of care.
Outside of his medical career, Dr. Johnson is a husband, father of three, coach, farmer, baker, athlete, and musician. His wide-ranging interests reflect a commitment to balance, precision, and continuous learning — values he brings to his role as Medical Director and as a member of the On Brand Aesthetics team.
