Your Holiday Aesthetic Timeline:

When Should You Book Tox, Filler & Skin Treatments?

The holidays may still feel a few months away, but when it comes to aesthetic treatments, the best results are rarely rushed.

Whether you’re preparing for holiday parties, family photos, travel, or simply want to feel your best heading into the season, September is the perfect time to start thinking about your holiday aesthetic plan.

At On Brand Aesthetics, our goal isn't to make you look different. It's to create thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that allow your results to develop naturally; so when the holidays arrive, you look refreshed, confident, and still completely like yourself.

Here’s how we recommend planning your treatments from now through December.

September: Consult, Reset & Make a Plan

Think of September as your planning month.

After months of sun exposure, vacations, busy schedules, and maybe a slightly more relaxed skincare routine, your skin may be showing signs of summer: dehydration, uneven tone, pigmentation, dullness, or changes in texture.

This is the perfect time to schedule a consultation and talk about what you would actually like to improve before the holidays.

Instead of trying to fit multiple treatments into November or December, we can create a plan based on your goals, timeline, budget, and upcoming events.

September is a great time to:

  • Schedule an aesthetic consultation

  • Evaluate your current skincare routine

  • Transition into a medical-grade skincare regimen

  • Restart products or actives that may have taken a backseat during summer

  • Begin treatments that require a series

  • Discuss collagen-stimulating treatments

  • Create your tox and filler plan for later in the season

And no, you don't need a 12-step skincare routine.

A thoughtfully selected routine using medical-grade products can often accomplish much more than a bathroom cabinet full of products that aren't working together. At On Brand, we love Revision Skincare because products can be strategically combined based on your individual skin concerns and goals.

September goal: create the plan instead of rushing the results.

October: Collagen Season

October is where we start focusing on treatments that work with your skin.

Treatments such as SkinPen microneedling are designed to stimulate your body's natural collagen-remodeling process. That means your results continue developing after you leave the treatment room.

Microneedling can be an excellent option for concerns such as:

  • Uneven texture

  • Acne scarring

  • Fine lines

  • Enlarged pores

  • Overall skin quality

For patients looking for more comprehensive rejuvenation, October may also be a good time to discuss biostimulatory treatments such as Sculptra or Radiesse.

Unlike traditional filler, biostimulators are used strategically to encourage collagen production and improve skin quality over time. Because collagen remodeling doesn't happen overnight, these are treatments we prefer to plan well in advance of an important event.

Depending on your goals, multiple sessions may be recommended.

October goal: stimulate now so your skin can continue improving through the holidays and beyond.

November: Tox & Filler

Now we're getting closer to holiday events, which makes November an ideal time to fine-tune your results.

Neurotoxins

Treatments such as Daxxify and Dysport can soften dynamic lines caused by repeated facial movement while maintaining a natural appearance when appropriately dosed and placed.

Treating in November gives your neurotoxin time to take effect and allows us to assess your results before major December events.

Rather than waiting until the week before a holiday party, give yourself a little breathing room.

Dermal Filler

November can also be a great time for filler if it's already part of your treatment plan.

Whether we're addressing the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, temples, or overall facial balance, filler should be approached thoughtfully and conservatively.

We want swelling and bruising to have time to resolve and the product to settle before an important event or family photo.

If you've never had filler before, planning ahead is especially important. A consultation allows us to discuss your goals and determine whether filler, or potentially another treatment entirely, is the best option.

November goal: refine, balance and refresh.

December: Maintain & Glow

December is not the month we want to completely reinvent your treatment plan. Instead, think maintenance.

By this point, the work you've done throughout the fall should be coming together. December can be focused on maintaining your skincare routine, keeping your skin hydrated, and choosing treatments that help you look refreshed without significant downtime before your events.

And perhaps most importantly: don't introduce a completely new treatment immediately before an important occasion.

Even treatments you've tolerated beautifully in the past can occasionally cause unexpected swelling, bruising, irritation, or downtime.

December goal: maintain what we've built and enjoy your results.

Your Holiday Treatment Timeline at a Glance

September: Consultation + skincare reset + treatment planning

October: Microneedling + collagen stimulation + treatment series

November: Daxxify/Dysport + filler + final refinements

December: Maintenance + hydration + glow

The Best Aesthetic Results Start With a Plan

One of the biggest misconceptions about aesthetic medicine is that everything should happen immediately before an event.

In reality, some of the most beautiful results happen when we have enough time to be intentional.

We would much rather start planning in September, gradually improve your skin and address your concerns, and have you walk into December feeling confident than try to squeeze an entire aesthetic plan into the week before your holiday party.

Your treatment plan should also be completely individualized. You may need every step on this timeline, just one, or something entirely different.

That's where we come in. At On Brand Aesthetics, our approach is centered around creating results that feel natural, thoughtful, and completely On Brand for you.

Because heading into the holidays feeling confident in your own skin?

That's always On Brand.
